Horny Goat Weed (also known as Epimedium Grandiflorum) is an Asian herb that many people swear by. The aphrodisiac effects of horny goat weed have been verified in both animal and human studies, it was also found to improve sperm producing capability.

The herb has an unusual name because in some Asian cultures it is believed that goats kept in pastures were more sexually active after they ate this herb. Likewise, many men in Asian countries take this herb along with their teas or food as a means to increase their libido.
